Shareholder value is created on three levels:
I. Independent technology trading companies are the basis for Addtech’s growth and sustained profitability. The subsidiaries can secure business thanks to their front-line positions in selected and well-defined market niches – an important means for building long-term shareholder value.
II. Addtech contributes to increasing the return in the Group by prudently exercising its ownership role, so the advantages of the small enterprise – flexibility, personal touch and efficiency – combine with the resources, networks and experience of a large corporation. The Group optimises its potential for long-term growth and profitability by taking a small-scale approach on a large scale.
III. Acquisitions are the third value-adding component that drives shareholder value. Newly acquired companies expand the base for value creation and bring in agency companies, customers, expertise and – not the least important – motivated managers and entrepreneurs. Acquisitions also help fortify or complement the market positions of existing operations.
